COLLAGE

These paintings are collages of favorite pop culture themes. Based on branding, signage, illustration and objects of everday life, I create a collage in photoshop, then transfer the collage drawing to canvas. From there I transform the line drawing into an oil painting. It makes me happy to paint my favorite things.
